A+ ComputerWorks is a computer consulting company located in Reno, Nevada.  For several years our company has done onsite services for local business and residential customers.  Over the years we have found that most computer problems are software related and can be fixed remotely.  In the past, remote service required compatible software (like PC anywhere) installed on both the host (our) and the remote (your) computers.  We would also have to know information about IP addressing, port settings, and firewall settings to make a connection.  Now we can securely connect to your computer right through your Internet browser.  The connection process just takes a couple mouse clicks and about 10 seconds to complete.  Once the connection process is completed, basically the technician is sitting at your keyboard and has full control of the computer to diagnose and repair your problem.  You can send text messages to the technician at anytime during the repair process.   

I have earned many high level computer certifications which include Microsoft MCSE, CISCO CCNA, CompTIA A+ and Network + Certifications.  But honestly, there is no substitute for real world experience. I have been fixing computers for over 20 years.  My certifications, combined with my experience, will assure that you receive a quality service every time by my certified technicians.
